Namun, pada beberapa segmen jalan bebas hambatan di berbagai wilayah, sering kali ditemukan indikasi kerusakan struktural yang fatal. Masalah seperti penurunan lokal permukaan, pengerasan tidak merata (<em>rigid<\/em>), serta retakan pada bahu jalan menjadi momok yang menakutkan bagi pengelola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Faktor-faktor yang dapat menyebabkan gangguan struktural pada perkerasan antara lain adanya rongga (<em>void<\/em>), perbedaan densitas material pondasi, kelemahan pada lapisan tanah dasar (<em>subgrade<\/em>), gangguan sistem drainase, atau keberadaan material asing serta struktur lama yang tidak terdokumentasi. Salah satu metode terbaik yang efektif digunakan untuk tujuan tersebut adalah <em>Ground Penetrating Radar<\/em> atau <strong>GPR jalan tol<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Teknologi ini mampu mendeteksi anomali elektromagnetik pada lapisan bawah permukaan dengan resolusi tinggi dan cakupan area yang luas. Meski resolusi visualnya tidak sepadat metode <em>Land-GPR<\/em> (radar darat), frekuensi 150 MHz ini dipilih karena memiliki kemampuan penetrasi gelombang yang sangat dalam, mampu menembus lapisan bumi hingga kedalaman sekitar 5 meter. Kondisi kontras ini mengindikasikan adanya heterogenitas atau ketidakseragaman material bawah permukaan yang perlu dikaji lebih mendalam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Karakteristik Anomali di Zona <\/strong>B<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pada area kedua, batas reflektor lapisan tanah tampak bergelombang dan mengalami perubahan elevasi yang tidak wajar. Pola seperti ini mengindikasikan adanya pergeseran material atau penurunan lapisan tanah bawah permukaan.
